England FA And VAR Should Apologize To Liverpool After Taking This Decision Against Them

Liverpool lost to Burnley at Anfield to end their 68 matches unbeaten run at home by a lone goal, Liverpool looked frustrated after dropping three points at Anfield. Manchester United is using six points to top Liverpool.

Liverpool has played 19 matches with 34 points and currently occupying the 4th position on the league table.

The match started with alots of actions as Liverpool possessed the ball in their opponent half but no goal was scored. Burnley goalkeeper, Nike Pope made six saves at Anfield with a clean sheet. He's the first goalkeeper to keep such record at Anfield.

The England FA and VAR should apologize to Liverpool after a poor decisions taken against them.

Video Assistant Referee was introduced to assist the referee to avoid minor errors which lead to goal but VAR seems to be favouring some teams more than others.

Liverpool was defeated by Burnley when Alisson Becker clearly brought Burnley striker down, the referee pointed at the spot for a penalty. The decision was correct.

Before the Penalty, Burnley Defender clearly used his hands to divert the direction a ball going to their goalpost, The referee claimed he did not see and VAR did not call him to come and watch the screen.

From the picture, you will seebthat, it was a clear handball.

The decision to Favour Burnley and leave Liverpool behind is bad, the FA needs to apologize to the club for such poor decision.
