See What The Army Recovered From Boko Haram Terrorists In Borno State During Their Latest Operation

It seems that the Nigerian army is not leaving any stone unturned in their effort to win the fight against the terrorist group Boko Haram. 

A few hours ago, the official account of the Armed forces of Nigeria on Facebook and Twitter shared a testimony of their latest success. 

The report said that troops of operation Tura Takainango a subsidiary operation of operation Lafita Dole has registered another successful step towards ending Book Haram insurgency in the north.

Their latest encounter with Boko Haram was at Abbagajiri and Dusula Towns in Damboa on 20th January 2021. The troops engaged the terrorists in a gun battle and that resulted in casualties for the terrorist group. About 5 Boko Haram members were said to have died and others escaped with gun wounds. Aside that, some items were recovered from the terrorists and these includes Guns, Food Items and even Cell phones.

The post thanked the troops who were responsible for that operation for their commitment towards ending Boko Haram insurgency. They also reiterated their commitment towards making sure that the remnants of Boko Haram are crushed.
